Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Welcome to Tomorrowland Collectors ("we", "us", "the archive"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, its accounts, forms and features. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Tomorrowland Collectors is an independent, community-driven reference archive documenting Tomorrowland collectibles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Tomorrowland, WEAREONE.world or their affiliated companies. All festival, brand and event names appear for identification and reference purposes only.
1. Who we are
The service is operated by the team behind Tomorrowland Collectors. For any question about these Terms, contact us via the contact page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country for lawful consent to online services, to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are used to impersonate others.
3. Acceptable use
When using the archive you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content;
- Upload images or text you do not own or do not have permission to share;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems;
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, mirror or overload the service;
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the normal operation of the site;
- Use the archive for commercial resale, price manipulation or fraudulent trading of collectibles.
4. Contributions and submissions
The archive relies on contributions from collectors. When you submit an item, photograph, description, correction or comment (a "Contribution") you confirm that:
- The Contribution is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- You are the author of the images, or you have the rights and permissions needed to share them here;
- The Contribution does not infringe any third-party rights, contract or law.
Contributions may be reviewed, edited, merged with existing entries, reordered, rejected, hidden or removed by moderators at any time and without prior notice, in order to keep the archive accurate, consistent and safe.
5. Licence you grant to us
You retain ownership of your Contributions. By submitting a Contribution, you grant Tomorrowland Collectors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, adapt for display, moderate, translate and publicly display the Contribution within the archive and its official promotional channels (for example social media posts about the archive).
This licence exists to allow the archive to function and to be promoted. It does not transfer ownership. You may request removal of your Contributions at any time (see section 8); we may retain a copy where legally required or to preserve the integrity of merged historical records, in anonymised form where possible.
6. Intellectual property of the archive
The structure, selection and arrangement of the archive, its written editorial content, logos, custom graphics and code are the intellectual property of Tomorrowland Collectors or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and database rights. You may consult and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not systematically copy, republish or resell substantial parts of the archive without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks, event names and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without liability, edit, reject, hide, remove or merge Contributions, restrict access to features, suspend or delete accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when required. Repeated or serious breaches of these Terms may result in a permanent ban.
If you believe content on the archive infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, please report it via the contact page with enough detail for us to assess it.
8. Removing your content or account
You may edit or request removal of your Contributions and delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Some entries that have been merged into the historical record may be preserved in edited or anonymised form to keep the archive consistent, unless the law requires full deletion.
9. Third-party services and links
The archive may link to third-party sites (for example marketplaces, artist pages or social media) or embed third-party media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.
10. No warranty
The archive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, historically exhaustive or free of inaccuracies. Information about collectibles, values, editions and provenance is indicative and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a purchase, sale or authentication decision.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tomorrowland Collectors and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, collectibles value or opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the archive. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for a free service is zero.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tomorrowland Collectors and its moderators against any third-party claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Contributions you submit or conduct that breaches these Terms.
13. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the archive you acknowledge that policy.
14. Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the archive at any time to improve it, address legal or security issues, or because a feature is no longer viable. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes relating to the service will be brought before the competent courts of Belgium, unless applicable law provides otherwise for consumers.
